Yes. A mutual NDA is executed before any material information is exchanged. Files are compartmented internally, correspondence stays off shared inboxes, and records are purged after the engagement closes. We do not publish client names.
How is payment structured?+
Fixed-fee, staged milestones for project work. Retainers are billed monthly with no long-term lock beyond the stated minimum term. Wire, escrow, LLC invoice, and — for international sovereign engagements — cryptocurrency accepted.
Do you work through outside counsel?+
Frequently. We are experienced coordinating under attorney-client privilege and can route deliverables and correspondence exclusively through counsel of your choosing.
